Found out XP Home cannot see XP Pro shared folders other than via IP address. Where did you find that out ??? All versions of Windows can see XP Pro shared folders via the computer name. XP Home vs. XP Pro is not causing the problem. Loading XP Pro into computer in question and expect good results.
